US Government Officially invites Somaliland President

Hargeisa (JMG)- Foreing Minister Dr. Mohamed Abdilahi Omer announced that President Ahmed Mohamed Silanyo was offially invited by the United State government. Before his departure to Addis Ababa for a 4 day follow up visit this week.
Dr. Omer Said: “The President has accepted the invitation from the US government and that the visit will be fixed at jointly agreed date.”
The minister added that he is not aware of any one else (Politician from Somalia) who is invited.
US under Secretary for African Affairs Ambassador Donald Yamamato Confirmed the invitation of President Silanyo, but did not give any specific reason.
The Ambassador said that bilateral relations, US aid to Somaliland, the new US government policy towards Somaliland and increased direct aid.

I hope this is an official invitation to Somaliland government as a sovereign state instead of inviting as a state within Somalia.
Invitations from both the Americans and the Chinese. We'll have to wait and see what the outcome is.

China US invitation? It is really challenging for the government because those two powerful nations do not aboard the same bus so it may be a situation of which one take one miss one and not really classic for new silanyo government.

Will to tell you the truth, It is an old place called SOMALILAND, THE BRITISH ONE not the MAFIALAND the old ITALIAN ONE.
Dreamland where we started and old good one and sacreficed our happines and hope with sadness and pain.
Never again, we will go through that again. You see as you have learned and gained from your masters the art of deception, crime, heatred and jelousy you are implementing it on the ground on us. As we have learned in practice from the old Somali wayn governmet, we fought back and moved on. As we moved on and all of you lost the only common purpose which was Isaq you decided to turn on each other and destory each other in manner THE STRONGER SURVIVE, THE STRONGER RULE.
Now unless we come back to a (Gretater Somalia) you will never UNIT and you will never have peace. Something you do not understand as you have no peace within yourself each one of you.

Dear Mohamed, I am a Somalilander also Isaq, by both way´s, (which doesn't mean that we, the Isaq are superior of anyone else, we are all humans and we need to respect each other no matter what.
So I am going to my point, this Ali guy is obviously not a Somaliland supporter unfortunatly. Instead of hatting this guy we can also say to him, eventhough he can be from Somalia, thank you for your comment and may God be with you and the people in Somalia who are obviously lost there track of living like normal human beings (I mean respect for each other).
Fighting hate with hate isn't the way my dear fellow Somalilander, but fight hate with kindness would be a much better way. And we can only wish for them all the best and God's help.
I really don't like hatered, just be kind to each other bro.

Farhan, despite what they have done to us, we are not attacking them. They are attacking us and trying to put us down and detrail our progress. Let us fight hate with hate and show them 'xunkay iyhiin'. That and the barrel of the gun is the only language they understand.

Thank you for your advice. But believe me I have no hate for people like Ali and pray for those in suffering that Allah have mercy on them as I would not like to be in thier shoes. However, these people many of them are ignorent, disrespectful, mean. I was manley traying to open his eyes to some facts about himself he needs to realise. Thats all.

i'd like to offically invite Ali to Somaliland
By the way folks..did you listen to the interviews between Radio Hargeisa and Dr. Mohamed Abdurrashid Lataliyaha M/wayne iyo Arrimaha calamiga (aqoonsi raadinta SL iwm). Maashallah the DR. talks from universally high ground platform. Really the DR's articulated answers say it for what the SL thrieves to achieve…with experts like DR. Abdurrashid SL is really in good hands.

These official trips to US/UK and China it would seem to me that the SL is eventually on the right track
for achieving its determined goals of engagements through the proper channels. Let's live with
the hightened hopes that the these fast track trips will reward the SL with good bilateral relations
in all fields as well as the much desired recognition as a free Sovereign Statehood.

Somaliland is taking the right steps forward and people of Somaliland deserve this type of initiatives from their president .
It is not worth to argue about what Somaliland will achieve, such has been already put aside and every country went to were it belong. Somaliland went back to its commonwealth States and Somalia to its Italian rule.
