Somaliland: The Leadership Of Udub Have No, One To Blame Except Themself,

The UDUB party leadership has no case to argue they should accept the fact that their legitimacy as party is in question? Let alone participating the upcoming SL local election and they have no one to blame except themselves.

Prior to the Somaliland presidential election in 2010 senior UDUB executives members have been involved in a bitter power struggle and a dirty smear campaign against the leadership then the president Dahir Riyaale Kaahin led by former Interior minister Ismail Adan, Abdillahi Dareewal and Osman Hindi so from that day Udub party have become in disarray and unpopular amongst the somaliland electorate not to mention the wide spread corruption and nepotism under Riyaale’s watch.

Under the leadership of Dahir Riyaale there have been a serious allegation of embezzlement leveled against president Riyaale and his then finance minister ambassador Awil Du’aale a very controversial figure and bad mouth tribalist within the Riyaale’s inner circle this was the main reason Kulmiye won the 2010 presidential election in a landslide.

By losing the presidential election the UDUB leadership have flee the country over night with their suite cases stuffed with tax payers money as result of this day light robbery the new government had to pick up the pieces by borrowing millions of dollars from the wonderful Sl business community in order to pay out unpaid wages to the army, police and government officials.

Despite their disgraceful behavior and bad record in office they have been given another chance to sort out their differences so that they can take part the upcoming local election but they failed to do so and chairman Dahir Riyaale have already flee the country yet again to join his family at his expensive private mansions he has bought with tax payers money in France and Dubai I said good riddance to UDUB Mafias.
