Dr. Sacad, I can understand, Ali Hor-Hor, I can undertand. I can understand both attending the meeting, but Hersi, from the Presidency. It is true what they say, that the Berbera Port is under the Presidency. Which it shouldn't, because, one its an independent national agency, and secondly, if it comes under a government department it should be Transport and Communication, or even the Ministry of Finance. If every revenue generating national agency comes under the Presidency, then Hersi is running the country and not the President. A logical conclusion. Agree or disagree?
Did yu read this report "Presentation of a Report by World Bank on Berbera Port" Disagree. I personal wish that Somaliland was run by one strong central government forget this useless Western style Ministers.
CALI XOOR XOOR = NEW MORGAN
AS MORGAN USE TO DO HE DISTRIBUTES PEOPLES MONEY TO HIS FREINDS
Folks, slow down, this is only about presentation, not business deals or contractual
agreements etc. I don't know if the development of the Berbera Port needs the World Bank and
the IMF. There are many other ways to develop the Port. Btw The Presidency Minister Hersi Haji
Ali, is the Armstrong candle light of the whole Govt operating under the President Silaanyo.
In other words, he's the mastermind Secretary of the Presidency high office, and as such,
what goes in or out of the JSLD is under his Ministerial command. He's the big elephant
Minister for the Presidency high office..make no mistake to undermine this special high
profile Govt official. Who knows, he may even replace President Silaanyo and become the next
Jecloz President after 2015?
Cheers.
Hersi Gaab is the real "president" not Silanyo as many think. Silanyo corrupted that fake post "minister of presidency" as if any one needs a "butler with more power" because he wanted to increase the number of "ministers" for his habar.
Hersi gaab is every where. The guy is angry for camera, what you expect from a geeljire and al shabaab member from Garadaag. The locals will never entertain his tribal agenda for Berbera, Esse Musse already know Silanyo/Hersi Gaab's little habar regime and their tribalism.
corrupted = created
Kayse lol inar your next trip to Hargeisa, Hersi Gaab the real President will send his butler
to pick you up for a good fiasco screening..are you well prepared for such encounter.
After all is taken care of, perhaps you would involuntarily be transported to the Garadag HQ
for a final clean up rehab.
Cheers.
I very much welcome the current Somaliland Administration reaching out to the World back and working on ways to increase the revenue from Berbera Port. The Success of the Port is an Success for all Somaliland.
I hope Similar event are organised to do the same for Somaliland livestock and mineral trade.
