What territorial integrity? You mean the four blocks around Villa Somalia. Somaliland marches on and the likes of Abdul are reduced to nonsense. First of all stop killing each other, secondly see if you can have some rudementary public services, hold elections for president, parliament, municipality, collect taxes, build infrastructure, then you can talk about Somalia. The Somali Republic is defunct and has been for over 20 years, it was illegal to begin with. Somaliland has been receiving governmental delegations for decades, who all know that, so give it a rest.

Now that there's new Govt. and new President in place for Somaliland,
lets see if there's gonna be any new solutions to the existing conflicts
between Somaliland and Somalia. In other words, if this large EU delegation
to Somaliland proper has the same old strategy or the Somaliland position will
be dealt with as a full fledgedly Independent new Sovereign State having
the full mandate by law of a de jure state who fulfilled all the required
qualifications conditions and terms in accordance with the internationallaws???
Lets wait and see how things work out.Cheers.

The coming of EU delegation to Somaliland, doesn't mean they were carrying something new but they used to come there as normal routines.. The real policy of EU is to pay unfruitful visits to Somaliland, praise them for improving democratisation, peace and stability, etc but they will neither recognize us nor do they treat us as a Defacto State. Their plan is to keep us there, until, the situation of South Somalia is solved and if they succeed, our expecting question will be, let Hargeisa be the capital of Somalia and the President be from Somaliland, no more no less, if you like or not, however, this new EU plan is the reason why 11 member states of the EU had recently arrived Hargeisa so as to brief the new plan to the new President as Riyaale was already told . The bottom line is, there is no other solution for South Somalia until Somaliland is forced to partake this new plan of Somalia consolidation. Anyway, a new Somaliweyn conference will soon be held inside Somaliland in this coming year. Believe it or not.

As is common in African countries, Somali land needs economic assistance in the form of financial aid from the EU. The country is very poor and cannot embark on a major economic move by itself because it is not recognized internationally. What matters at present is a mixture of international aid and the reorganization and enhancement of local income.

The Idea of Somaliland as the new capitol is one that wipes the tears away from many in Somalia, but at the same time expect some to start weeping.

The other thing is Addis Ababa being so close to it, you have to wonder what their position on it is and understand it from there.
