Somaliland Online Association (S.O.A) sends Message of Condolences to the Family of The Late Meles Zenawi and people of Ethiopia

Somaliland Online Association express their sorrow and profound grief on the death of the former Ethiopian Prime Minister the Late Atto Meles Zenawi who passed away on Monday night in a Belgium hospital where he was undergoing treatment.
In the press Statement Released today the chairman of the Somaliland Online Association an umbrella which represents both Somali and English Portal news websites in Somaliland Hon Mustafa Abdi Mohamed (Mustafa Janaale) said we are deeply saddened by the untimely death of the former Prime minster the late Atto Meles Zenawi.
Hon Mustafa Janaale went on to say I do hereby on the behalf of Somaliland Online Association send our condolences to the Family, Friends and the people of Ethiopia in their time of grief.
The chairman of Somaliland Online Association added that the horn of Africa has lost a champion of peace and a true son and his departure will leave a void which will be greatly felt in the region.
Hon Mustafa said the people of Somalilanders will always remember the late Meles Zenawi as a true friend of Somaliland, in all likelihood and shall always be grateful to his legacy of promoting brotherly relation between the two countries.
The news of the death of Late Atto Meles Zenawi comes as a shocking and devastating and a great loss for the people of the horn of Africa, said Hon Mustafa Janaale.

Worldly condolences based on materialistic interests as in the case of S.O.A. may serve certain
political interests between World family Nations. Atto Meles Zenawi was a born warrior whose
legacy would be identified as such. He's now dead and the World has to move on without him.

Ilyas, We are doing it outside Somalia because Somaliland was never part of Somalia before. I don't want to keep repeating myself but Somaliland won independence and was equal entity to Somalia and when the two joined they created Somali Republic which failed. Somaliland than only withdraw from the union and Khatumo was never there and was always part of SL. Come up with better argument else we gonna fight forever.

The somali regions were all called somaliland but the french, british and italian respectively. No Iyas, Somalia was the Italian translation of Somaliland. The Italians called your country Somalia Italiana. Besides upon joining we never created 'Somalia' but the union created Somali Republic. However Ilyas the name 'Somaliland' don't mater because we can change just like Djibouti. What maters is they were two different territories that were equal and joined. Unless you come up with better argument to why we should join we gonna fight to the last child and baby to get it back. You got that.

On what capacity is S.O.A is sending a message of condolence? Although it is appropriate for a head of state to send such messages, what is haopening in Hargeisa today is both abhorrent and shameful. Now all that we await is the association of Somali nomads and united camel herders to send a message of condolence to the people of Ethiopia and express their utter shock and grief at the loss of Ato Males Zenawi.
