Somaliland: Minister Awards Workers for Diligence

The minister of information and national guidance Honorable Abdurrahman Yusuf Duale (Boobe) today at a ceremony held at the ministry headquarters award ministry for their diligence.

Hon Abdurrahman Yusuf Duale (Boobe) told workers the ministry has a diverse mix of employees, understanding their needs and negotiating their differences of opinion through proper understanding of the employees is a tough task in the hands of ministry human resources department and handling them and making them work together towards the common objectives.

The minister said departmental heads have a massive task of creating a good working environment for prerequisite employee’s satisfaction.

Hon Abdurrahman Yusuf Duale (Boobe) all ministry employee must be given proper training to help him understand the way the ministry operates and to work using the best possible method required of them.

Training also helps in easy adaptation to the working of the ministry as it throws light on the employee’s
policies code of ethics expected from them

Mr. Abdirashid jIbril Yusuf the director general at the ministry of information, Said the ministry encourages Policies favorable to the employee and without compromising on the ministry interests which in turn can boast the employee morale.
