The executive Secretary of the Parliament Mr. Abdirizak Ayanle asked the MPs in the National Assembly to endorse the Good Governance and Anti-Corruption bill for the betterment of dispensing public national services.
He told yesterday’s parliamentary session chaired by Deputy Speaker Hon. Bashe Mohamed Farah that the bill has been well researched, articulated hence tabled for the MPs to do the necessary.
Similarly the intelligence Security got backing for becoming independent when Hon. Said Elmi Roble, a member of the parliamentary team which cobbled the security Bill, sought for the support of the enacting saying that “there should only be three arms of the security”.
Thus apart from the military, police and the prisons departments, the intelligence services should be a sole entity with whole independence.
Meanwhile the Speaker of the Guurti Hon. Suleiman Mohamud Aden asked the Elders to carefully peruse through both the Hygiene (meat) and Road Traffic bills which the Lower House of Representatives had passed earlier on. They were issued with copies of both law proposals.

What i can see in this picture with my own eyes is nothing different from the rest of Somalia almost all if not all of the Somaliland cabinet looks like its full of old tribal leaders
@BUUXIYE I don't have to make up stuff unlike you propagandist ever heard of a picture tells a thousand words well look closely to that picture and tell me what you see ??
The Former Italian servants only understand violence and abuse. 20,000 Amisom troops shoot and kill their people, Kenyans compromise their sovereignty and borders, Ethiopian troops cross the border at will and arrest who they like. THESE same people have the never to come online and make baseless accusations and nonsensical comments about the BLESSED Somaliland.
The Naval forces of a Dozen countries operate in the economic zones of Somalia's coast. Russians capture molest and kill there fisher men these people lack any form of loyalty to their country's sovereignty which is in a form of TRUSTEESHIP by default.
If i was them i would hide my face!
They good some excellent jokes. If they had real democracy and strong anti-corruption cultural values and principals do you think their adopted father would wait 21 years to recognize them and still begging? He is in Mogadishu to reopen his embassy because Mogadishu is the promised land….Hargeisa is just empty town that can't even take the trash out and they want to convince us they can take corruption out.
First remove the plastic bags and qat leafs before you can remove corruption.
Simple. No calacaal.
Tribal Leaders?? And yet, you call yourself Hawiye Warrior !! You yourself is as tribal as they come, and you are proud of it. Why else would you use a tribal name??
You pretty thick buddy, so obviously thick !!
Mr Steve wonder i clearly wrote that There is nothing difference from Somaliland and the rest of the Somali system just that yours seems to be functions better than Mogadishu's. You Somalilanders are always quick to attack before listening or reading what the subject is about this is what self isolationism does to your mind you people are like a Buddah forever meditating till someone mentions Somaliland LOL.
Hawiye warrior,
You give me jokes, Buddah kulaha lol
You just saw pictures and assumed. You are forgetting Somaliland is light years ahead of Somalia.
it is a fact that somaliland is 5000 light years ahead of zoomalia. just look at their name ZOO-AMALIA IT IS ZOO +MALIA (originally from animalia)
LOL see with people like you abaayo if you don't mind me calling you that is that even though we have different opinions the conversation at least stays civilized unlike those that approach it with all guns blazing. Also if you can show me a better picture where the room is not full with 50/60 year old's then i stay with my "a picture tells a thousand words" ; ).
What is does tribe leader looks like Hawiye. Did you expect so white people in the pictures, this photo represent what parliament look like. Yes we have elected and none elect ones
@ Ahmed And this is what truancy in ESOL classes does to your language/writing you end up with a broken English. I have no idea what you're trying to tell me ^ you need to go back to ESOL ASAP for a new course and this time round finish it without bunking classes .; )
Having indha cade in Somalia politics is like having Ina Godane in Somaliland politics!
Please do not compare your Onion-Politics Where a PRESIDENT is SELECTED by 271 warlords, terrorists, drug dealers and Amisom proxies to the only real Democracy in Africa!
We are Light years apart Alxamdullilah :)
Let us see if yours survives the next 12months after Faroole is finished with you?
Calm down Buuxiye we are not there yet!!!
kkkk.
@hawiye warrior,
my friend, the only difference as I see it, is that, Somaliland have implemented this picture
since 1993 when Somalia is endeavouring to copy the footsteps of the Somaliland democratization
progress. Now let's look forward to monitor the TG of President Hassan Sheikh Mahamoud
and how the new roadmap strategies would deliver good results for Somalia coz Somaliland
is different ball game..okay saaxib?
Cheers.
Like i keep on saying a picture tells a thousand words with yours seeming to function better than Mogadishu but it seems that even a compliment is received as an attack. Your right on Somalia's new president Hassan Sheikh Mahamoud and his new cabinet everyone deserves a chance to show to its people that its working on their interest and from what i'am seeing its on the right track but only a given time will tell how much its to early to predicts it now cheers.
This is a big joke and nothing short of Morgan's house's latest episode of jokes to only toy around with the hardcore grievers. Those who will not let go of Siad's 25 years ago mistakes. Those who think every Somali is Siad Bare. Those who don't understand that regime collapsed and now after 21 years of chaos, everything is being restarted from zero and the Siadists are no longer in the arena.
This latest joke from the tribal Council in Hargeisa and its Guurti (tribal chiefs) is like a thief signing anti-door entry bill but he will not rule out he will still use the window to loot houses.
I would like to say mohahahaha mohahahaha…maybe this "bill" should be dubbed "Anti-keen duucaadi".
Corruption is deeply embedded into that society from politician, elder to even religious scholars. They only know "adeer keen ducaadi".
SL region is as corrupted as the south and they only issuing these jokes to get the white man's attention and the regular backpackers. This failed and failed for 21 years. They signed pro-Jewish bills in hope of getting support from Jewish organizations, no one responded.
They jumped up and down and signed more bills than the United Nations and it never passed beyond the House of Morgan and the UNDP built "Parliament" which is just another cafe shop for elders.
Thanks for the jokes but please use Abdi Haybe Lambad next time.
kkkkkk dream on you dirty mor@@n
The truth and nothing but the truth so help me god
@Buuxiye
It has the Moriyan+Bucad-badeed+terrorist + ex-Faqash+ Jirri + Qurbo-meer = NGO +NGO.
Very good, indeed. It has taken a while but the government is on a roll in introducing very important legislations to give full capacity to its institutions.
