Congrats to the new team and thanks to the out going team.
Cheers.
Somaliland Forum use to be one of the most active and productive organizations but lately it seems it has lost its way and status. We hardly hear anything about them any more. Its time to revive the organization and be more active. The elections should be held every three years so they have enough time to do their job probably.
I will wait and see what changes the new body brings before I congratulate them.
How many of this members are from Sool?
We want political posts! or we will rebel!
Walaal this is just an organisation created by people like you and me. So you can either start one yourself or join this one, then run for a position. Somaliland should be a meritocratic society (.i.e. the best gets the job) not a tribal one.
Since 1991 todate is almost 20 years.Within these 20 years SL has been transforming itself
and has come up a long way to reach the current democratic progress which's witnessed and
gaining the IC real world attentions. Can't you see that SL in its current shape is strong enough to
worry much about any unlawful rebel or whatever?. SOOL is a County Region whose habitats
consist of almost all the SL major clans and the Region has its fair shares of political Representatives
in all fields in the central command governments in Hargeisa. What's your problem Sool Boyother
than unwarranted fitna?.
Cheers.
