London (Somalilandpress) — Kayd Somali Arts and Culture is inviting you Friday 17 September at 6pm to a showing of a short satirical play, “The End of the Road?” which deals with the challenges and issues facing a small family living in London and a young unwed couple.
This play will use the Somali poetic tradition to highlight and discuss social issues such as Qaat abuse and other family matters in a typically dark Somali humour. It is written by Ali Ahmed Rabi and Yasmin Mahamoud and directed by Ali Seeyo and Sadia Ahmed and will be performed by Abdikariim Raas, Bishaaro Mahamed, Kaltuun Bacado, Amina Ibrahim and Hanhanteeye.
