Muslim Aid UK distributes food aid to the poor

HARGEISA (Somaliland Press) — Muslim Aid UK Office in Hargeisa Somaliland, has distributed the second round of food to the poor and the IDP from Somalia who have sought refuge in Somaliland. The second round food distribution took place in Kilil, Mahamed Mooge, Badhka and other scattered parts in Hargeisa.
Many families were given food and the total number of the people for the second round is 568, and that is when the first round and second round of the distribution is added totals to 660 families as it part of the plan that Muslim Aid UK distributes to poorer families.
The Secretary of Maroodi-Jeex Region Mr. Hamse Issa, officials from the Hargeisa office members of Muslim Aid UK and other guests attended the event for distribution of the food.
The First Lady – Mrs. Amina Mahamoud Dirie, attended the event and spoke of the fact that the Government in co-operation the likes of Muslim Aid UK will do all that it can to alleviate suffering and hardship.
Muslim AIK UK’s Somaliland representative Mr. Sidiiq Mohamud Gahayr who also spoke at the distribution center thanked all those that help facilitate the distribution of food. Mr. Sidiiq Mohamud thanked the secretary of Maroodijeex Hamse Ciise and his staff for their tireless work in helping the distribution of the food.

Last time I checked there is freedom of speech in most of the civilized world. You may know his IP address but that means nothing. S/he could be logging from a public library or Silanyo's office for all we know.

Try threatening someone in a UK based website while living anywhere in the West and then see what happens to you. Break the law using a computer anywhere in the developed World and you will be nicked by the police even before you have the time to wear your shoes and run. Simply, from your IP address your location will be found, if it were at your home then your full address will be obtained, if from your any other location, then your exact time and your CCTV images will be with the authorities.
Insults and spiteful comments is something to take seriously because even if we can't generalize and they don't represent any particular group it can still do so much harm than you can think of to all Somalis. It inflicts hatred, anger and tribalism in ones hearts (May Allah forgive and clean our heart) and it separates nations and clans and causes more problem. words can make your brother seem your biggest enemy, clans and nation fight and shed blood over words.

Unfortunately, It seems some are feeling ashamed of their country because Somaliland is helping them despite all their bravado on unity. They are aware Somaliland has moved on and it is causing some a lot of pain. Guessing from the primitive language and child like reasoning these are diaspora youth who are shamefully losing their dignity online and showing up themselves to the rest of the world. We Somalilanders have nothing but pity for them. Its a shame a whole generation is growing up hating on Somaliland due to their countries failures.

Please don't try to say what ever you want this donation is from Muslim Aid UK to the needy people in Somaliland or in Somalia just only to give hand the needy people and the relief office of Somaliland role is just to coordinate the overlapping implementations because they are the authority on the ground so who ever may need to say some thing about somalilad authority have right to say some polite words and also when you wanna say i am clean don't sit on the mad from dam but not to use through the Muslim Donations if you really caring about Somalis just donate for them one dollar it will help one person for one mill.

Let me first commend the aid agency helping out the needy.
Re: Silanyo's office as the source of the trash talk, I was interjecting some humor, in otherwise hostile name callings btwn. all Somalis.
And from jurisprudence point of view: ISP (Internet Service Providers) can not provide the IP address without Federal court's approval in the United States. You better be darn sure you have beyond reasonable doubt that the person on the computer is actually who he says he is. Hate speech/incitement that leads to action is against the law, but spewing hate speech in on itself is NOT a crime.
