Somalia is in anarchy but the good thing is it will not be in anarchy for ever.and things are changing faster than you gays think,thanks to the vast amount of oil reseves in the region.by the end of august this year there will be no tfg and we will have a proper government.
Ethiopia is just a ticking time bomb,and sooner or later it is going to explode.melez is a dictator and all dictators leave behind anarchy,so when melez is gone there will be no more ethipia.the oromo,the ogaden,and every tribe in ethiopia will have thier own goverments.
Somaliland,i prefer to call it banana republic is just like a divorced woman who is still in love with her former husband,so their case will rest in peace very soon.talks will start soon and we will remarry you.bcos britain you former master says so.the wedlock will take place in london.

It irritates me when I hear people talk about something called "Somalia", a thing of the past. Somalia was and will be part of Ethiopia. Any Somali, no matter which part of so-called Somalia they are from or they refer themselves as, who thinks otherwise should be daydreaming. We, the people of Ethiopia, will not rest until we take back every inch of every village in what used to be called Somalia. For their own good, many of the Somalis are now with us and fighting along our Ethiopian heroes against the few still resisting thugs – so called Al Shabab. Those who oppose Ethiopian domination over Somalia, will just be exterminated from the face of the earth just like cockroaches! Afr Billa!

The main mistake was creating a Somali region itself by Ethiopian government. It used to be called Harar, a pure Ethiopian territory with only 90 thousand Somali nomads in it. Now they say they have millions of Somalis live there. It is Oromo territory.Those who believe in the dead slogan of Greater Somali can make a minor nuisance here and there but they can never win of 90 million Ethiopians. Somalilanders will work with Ethiopians because of mutual interest with the Ethiopians. What Kenya and Ethiopia best do is recognise Somaliland since it has shown to be a peace-loving country in the area. Ethiopia has to build rail road connecting Addis and Berbera. I love Somalilanders, they are very wise people indeed.

I am a Somalilander and believe Ethiopia is our neighbour and friend. I think it is selfish to continue to fight them. We must work with our neighbours. It is important for our stability to open dialogue and resolve key issue for each area to reach peace full resolution to all our objectives. Although I don't think privatisation of Oil reserves without proper controls is good. The current global situation is a great example why. Agreeements must be reach by all before anything is decided. This is what opening dialouge and relations can do.

My family is in somaliland and reserve area in somali ethiopian border. Last august i travell the first time in my life from Addisababa to the somalilander border Togwajaaleh with out hinderness.
Somaliland and ethiopia enjoy peace. The somaliland achievment is based on peace.

These Gas & Oil projects will be a great benefit for the whole people in the region. Particularly the somalis in ethiopia. They can build schools and universities and level their people with the rest of the ethiopian people.
But ONLF has to make peace with ethiopia other wise progress will never take place. The result will be like (mogadisho).
ONLF you have the choice. Progress or Distruction. Which way you wanna go?

Infact this was part of the Berlin treaty in 1885 if any Oil & Gas dicoveries or drilled in the Ogaden Region the Pipelines should go through Berbera. So in the end the as long as the Somali locals remain wise to make the most of the investment in their region.

The oil exploration issue in the Ogaden is a desparte move by the current Ethiopian regime and to cash in quickly before it collapses. One thing I like to make clear is that the Somali regime is an occupied territory and it will never happen to exploit any natural resource.
