Exim Bank of Tanzania becomes the 11th bank to open a branch in the small east African nation that has seen banking boom in recent years. President Guelleh became one of the first clients when he opened an account as he toured their facility. The bank also hired ten local graduates to help attract more customers. According to the CEO of the branch, Mr. Patrick Dettefworth, the bank has a capital of more than 300 million francs and over 250 customers in Djibouti already.

On the choice of moving to Djibouti Chairman of Board of Directors of the Exim Bank Mr. Yogesh Manek goes on to say “political stability and market growth were the factors that lead to their decision”.

Mr. Gelle, is trying to develop his Country on blood of Somali people. This guy thinks that if the world community recognize Somaliland, his country will loss all the attention that it's now getting. For this not to happen, he make sure Somaliland will never be recognized and he wants Somalia( Mogadishu) continue its distractive path these are all to his Country's advantage. This true with Ethiopia and Kenya. All these three neighbouring Countries thinks that, it's to their countries advantages that Somaliland remain unrecognized and Somalia crisis continues.

If you think I am just day dreaming, look at these three countries Economy development since the Somalia civil war and why do you think none of these Countries do not want to recognize Somaliland? Because, they believe, it's to their countries disadvantage and they will not get all these attentions they are now getting from International communities if they happen to recognize Somaliland.
