Buubaa supports Somaliland conference attendance and sees UDUB boycott as “foolish”

Hargeisa -Ismail Mahomoud Hurre (Buubaa), a senior politician who is originally from Somaliland but supports federal governmental system of Somalia, has praised the current government of president Siilanyo for attending conferences like the one that was recently held in Nairobi. Mr. Buubaa told that such conferences are giving Somaliland a chance to discuss their issues with the international community face to face. He pointed out that UDUB’s criticism of the Government for attending such meetings is meaningless. Buubaa who contacted Geeska Arica News yesterday from Nairobi said; “…those conferences are good for Somaliland, and attending them is necessary because Somaliland’s interest lies in Somalia. Therefore, it is important that you tell your interests and wellbeing in such meetings. The current government is eligible to go and attend meetings wherever they are held in and whatever they are discussed about”.
Ismail Buubaa continued his speech by claiming “…it was foolish for UDUB not to attend such conferences. Some prominent members of UDUB political party confirmed to me that they neglecting opportunities to attend important meetings, (he chose not to name the individuals concerned). Therefore, what UDUB says is just an empty and destructive criticism. In my view, it is good for Somaliland to attend such meetings and discuss key issues. And for anybody who wants Somaliland to be recognized, he must search for recognition in any place.”.
Buubaa, in response to the discussion of whether or not to add one more year for Sheikh Sharif, pointed out that it is a short-sighted policy, and that it cannot happen. In reply to whether or not Sheikh Sharif can win if the members of parliament give votes in an election, said “in my opinion, I don’t think Sheikh Sharif can win. The reason he is refusing free and fair election is because he knows that he will not be elected and he is making all means possible to halt the election” Buubaa claimed.

I respect people's point of vue, but for me Mr. buuba is a traitor to his country of birth and mostly his own family who endure years of dictatorship and power abuse from th Somali government that he is now endorsing. My only advise to these kind of people is once you made a choice to side with the enemies of your fathers and mothers for wordly goods (otherwise money), in our eyes you will always be a prostitute who is selling her body for money, and even some prostitute have better honers than traitors.
Honner before richest. So my advise to Mr. Buuba; stay in south somalia were you belong with the warlords and tieves.

Walaal You Said Mr. Buuba is traitor because he support Somali government, so what about dhulbahante Man who support Somaliland is Traitor?. This is clear that Somaliland is one tribe nothing more then that, Somalia is one nation and forever will be that inshaallah.
That does'nt mean he support Somaliland cause, but being a politician for quite a long time, he just want to put something ahead of him in case he can utilize at the later stage [when Somaliland gets what it wants].

I urge Mr Buubaa to stick to robbing the poor in Mogadisho and leave Somaliland alone. Somaliland has no interest in attending futile conferences attended by zoo animals.
Whoever he is…he is right to suggest that we attend Somali conferences. We have grievances with the south, e.g. our property they looted in Xamar, our dead loves one, etc. We want repratiation for the bombing, arrests, and torture that occurred. We need to settle our differences once and for all.
Salih, my brother, are you serious? The Somalia can't even settle its own grievances after more than two decades, do you expect them to change? We are all ethnic Somalis, and we all know each other very well. Southern Somalia has broken to thousands pieces, and nothing can put it back together again, and do you know what the so-called leaders in Somalia want, they want Somaliland to join them in the abyss. As for those who died in Xamar, Ilaahay Ha U Naxariisto. If you have property in Mogadisho, keep them like the Jirde Hussien family and others, or sell it, like most Somalilanders, I would rather have a piece of land in Somaliland, from Sanaag to Awdal, a farm near Arabsiyo, a beach house near Bulhaar, a cottage at Sheikh, a little villa in Borama, a flat in Erigavo or a mansion in Las Anod. Somaliland is Somaliland. Let others talk till the cows come home, we do our own thing, and move on.
Ismaciil Buubaa has good life in Saudi Arabia, I suggest he enjoys it and leave Somaliland to Somalilanders.
Bubba is out of date and out of touch. He is just looking for attention when he makes such remarks. He is a sad man on the wrong side of history and politics all because he sees "Somalia" as an easy money to loot then disappear…all so called Somalia MPs only there for $$ from the international donors, 90% of them live abroad and never been to Mogadishu.

Doesn't Mr. Buubaa or what ever you called him has the right to express his opinion toward Somali political. I think he is right for saying Siranyo's administration to participate in Somali peace is bravely and honestly good for Somalis as a whole. Keep in mind, Putland, Somaliland, Xian and Xeeb State and many other states are still parts of Somalia and that 's how the UN wants to keep it at least for now.
I think your idea is nothing more than going after people communities you think are weak and scared off those you think are too powerful. Otherwise, who give you the right to settle Borama and not Mogadishu? because you know Hawiye and Darod know your motivation so you gambling on other communities.
Maax Somaliland has had its own internal discussions, back in 1993 and 1995. We just held one of the most free and fair elections in the history of Africa, followed by a peaceful transition between a new president and the former president. Somaliland is building a nation, whilst the rest of defunct Somali Republic have either become pirates, terrorist or warlords. Why in the world would Somaliland want anything to do with people who can't even fix their own home? Do you want us to help you begin mediation, then that is fine. But, the Somali Republic is dead, defunct, never to exist again, and the UN handled East Timor and Indonesia, the break up of the former Yoguslavia, and recently, Sudan and Southern Sudan. The UN will eventually follow the reality on the ground and that reality is, Somaliland is here to stay.
Buuba is free to express his opinion, but he should not try to project himself as some who cares or has Somaliland's best interest at heart. He is a traitor who betrayed Somaliland's cause the worst way possible.
Hurra Bubba is the best example of greeedy politiican, he has no honor and no shame. only thing which matters to his is the profit. If he ever sets food in JSL he should face court for all his criminal doings.
