Ali Khalif and Ali Esse are responsible for destabilizing Sool region of Somaliland

The peace which existed in Sool was shattered by a group of expatriates from the US whose actions led to more than 40 people loosing their lives in the last two weeks near Buhoodle. most of the dead were members of the new armed militia that is loyal to Mr. Ali Khalif Galayd (Somalia’s former Prime Minister) and Ali Esse Abdi. These new warlords are both US citizens and have recently organized a conference in Taleeh district where they announced the formation of a new regional administration (Khaatumo) in Sool. To add insult to injury they did not only create conflict where there was none, but they also raised a militia and attacked the armed forces of the Somaliland government based in the region. As expected they were no match to the professional standing army of Somaliland and suffered tremendous losses and are now reportedly seeking refuge in Ethiopia.
It is regretful to see such losses regardless of how misguided their intent may have been, the Somaliland army did its job in defending itself and the nation and we hold responsible those who created the conditions and the actions which precipitated this incident. We also urge the US Government to assist us in bringing these two men who are US citizens to justice to prevent any future bloodshed and mayhem in the only peaceful government in the Horn of Africa.

I am totally, surprise, two Naturalized US citizen, will go to Africa and commit a criminal act against the peace-loving people of Somaliland and can get away with it.
These two guys are nothing but, a terrorist that should be brought to justice by US government.
Its an on going thing they trying to cause trouble and run with their tails between their legs.
This is unacceptable. The USA lectures the world about terrorists and terrorism yet allows its own citizens to travel thousands of miles to kill and destroy peaceful people. It is about time to hold the USA accountable for its hypocrisy.

If Obama & the US government is serious about terrorism they should be bring Ali Khalif Galayd and Ali Esse Abdi to justice.
All ex ministers of Somalia should exit politics or imprisoned if they try to disturb the peace by not following through lawfull channels to get positions. Why do we allow ex disgruntled employees of the state to run around and use their previous positions or contacts to run a mack any way. Arrest him and call for their arrest abroad as criminals. This includes Faroole who is a major criminal and back handed person.
SSC, Khaatumo, ONLF and al shabaab are all groups inspired by the fanatic and extremist Mad Mullah. They follow his ideologies and even Osama Bin Laden was inspired by the Mad Mullah and the Mahdi of Sudan.
So we can choose to kill one and allow the other to thrive. The US has to support Somalia on its war against al shabab, support Somaliland against SSC/khaatumo/mad mullah militia and support Ethiopia against ONLF. The Horn of Africa will have lasting peace once those extremists who hide behind Islam and Greater Somalia are wiped out for good.
You guys. none of you knows what is he talking about. This conflict is bigger than the tribe issues. So, seek the truth by spending time to study your history as well as world history
Not only does Ali Khaliff Galaydh involve on creating destruction and chaos among the innocent communities in Somaliland/Somalia, but most of the Diaspora communities can be assumed to be responsible in conflict-creating wthin the regions of the whole country, as long as their wives and children lost their entity and their culture in abroad. However, it is upon the duties and obligations of the Somali people who still stay in their native land to resist the sentiments of those who fled from their country in pursuance of ————–, because all what is going on in our country is a destiny cumbetent to be passed.
One day blood sucker or warlord Ali Khaliff will be prosecuted and remain behind the bars for the rest of his life. shame on you ,, shame on you Old and sick heartless man.
Hey Abdi… don't be misled into beleiving that A khalif did anything bad to you or to SL. He just helped reconcile tribal leaders who chose to Form Khaatumo State of Somalia. just like Pland and Galmudug of which SL had no problem in their formation, somehow Kh-State scares a lot of folks in Hargeisa and Buro. i would say the people of Sool Sanaag Cayn are unique and really do not subscribe to the SL concept.. i really wish you sucess with that, but just do not include the Khaatumo State folks. no matter how many cities are wrongfully bombed (just like last night… killing innocent civilians and women).. now that is shame..as this attach was clearly begun by SL (check your press).
Apart from Sool I don't know why u are using the names Sanaag & Cayn (area around Caynaba) ? Do you know who lives in Cayn & Sanaag? I guess you don't!
Somaliland Mission should get on their case and bring this issue to the attention of the CIA. America is against terrorism and they should strip these two terrorists from their citizenship who are cowardly killing people and trying to destablize Somaliland.
I totally agree with Gobaad, Somaliland mission in USA , has to write to State department, the White House and US congress to protest against these two individuals, who left USA and terrorize Innocent people of Somaliland.
