Whats the point of this portfolio when no one even visits Somaliland and there is no viable "tourism industry"?

You guys just creating ghost portfolios to milk the people. I should be the minister of Geeljire and Nirig too, and please descripe my job as "to report all newly born camel babies to the minister of Livestock"…hey why not?
