		<description>There is no doubt that the so called geographical entity of Puntland is in deep trouble. A week can not pass without violent assassination in one or more of the three major towns there.

The issue here is not one of common security problem rather it is one of broader political corruption and mishandling which has been going on for a while and has now reached at a breaking point. 

The situation has been made worse now by Faroole’s incompetence and lack of political acumen. Blaming others for their mistakes will not bear solution. Instead they should look inwards for a solution but it may be too late and their state may be irreparable</description>
